1. What Foliocraft produces

Foliocraft produces AI-assisted drafts of portfolio and personal-brand copy — case studies, About pages, LinkedIn headlines and summaries, brand-voice guides and self-introduction scripts. These are starting points for you to review, edit, fact-check and personalise. They are not final, published documents.

2. Not professional advice; no guaranteed outcome

The studio is a writing tool. It does not provide career, legal, immigration or salary-negotiation advice, and it does notguarantee interviews, job offers or any hiring outcome. Any claim that a portfolio will "guarantee a job" or "pass an interview" is not something we make or endorse.

3. The authenticity red line

Your copy must be based on your real experience and results. Foliocraft is designed to help you express what you actually did — it must not be used to invent job titles, employers, degrees, certificates, quantified metrics or projects you did not work on. The tool assists with wording; it does not manufacture facts. You are solely responsible for the truth of everything you publish.

4. AI can be wrong or biased

AI-generated text may contain inaccuracies, outdated phrasing, awkward wording or unintended bias. It may misread your input or fill gaps with generic language. Always read the draft critically, correct anything that is not accurate, and make sure it sounds like you before you use it.

5. Confidentiality and third-party rights

Do not paste confidential information belonging to a former employer or client, NDA-protected content, or another person's identifiable data. Only upload work you have the right to display, and respect third-party intellectual property and privacy.

6. Your data is not used to train models

We do not use your inputs, uploads or generated drafts to train AI models, and we require our AI provider not to train on your content. See the Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.

7. Where this notice appears

A short real-experience notice is shown next to the studio inputs and appended to every generated draft and exported file, so the reminder travels with your copy.
